Kami Compliance offers a customisable set of services that together form a comprehensive compliance project. Each service is, both in content and price structure, tailored for small- and medium-sized businesses, taking into consideration realistic budgeting and operational capabilities.
A free 1.5-hour introductory consultation wherein we discuss: the groundwork of the GDPR and how it affects you; your company and how you process data; and how you can move towards full compliance.
We conduct a full data audit and mapping, identifying where your data is, how your data is interacting, and to what degree your processing and/or controlling strategies are compliant with the GDPR. Clients receive the results of this audit and mapping, and a report outlining the required next steps.
Your employees handle personal data daily, and their understanding of and compliance with the GDPR is just as important as that of your DPO and senior management. Kami offers training for staff, including a staff handbook, which further reduces potential future data breaches and marks the completion of your compliance project.
For companies processing minimal amounts of personal data, wherein our above services may not be necessary, and for those looking to bolster their already compliant processes, the following individual products are available.
Privacy and cookie policies are essential for displaying your company’s commitment to compliance. In order to correctly communicate your procedures to your customers, Kami will create and/or update your company’s unique privacy and cookie policies.
In comparison to our Staff Training service, the longer group workshop, the GDPR Crash Course is a compacted 2-hour workshop for 1-2 people. This service is aimed at company CEOs, Data Protection Officers (DPOs) and similar, or anyone within your organisation who is unfamiliar with the GDPR. Clients also receive for internal use our digital GDPR Handbook.
An in-depth digital guide developed with simplicity to reduce the misunderstanding and confusion surrounding the privacy legislation, available separately for independent study within your organisation.
Sometimes, using pen, paper and printouts is easier than working digitally; however, personal data in analogue format must be properly destroyed. Kami provides a secure disposal service whereby we supply a confidential-paper waste container for your office, and then collect and incinerate the contents fortnightly, all to GDPR standards.
Once compliance has been reached and the efforts of ongoing record-keeping have begun, Kami acts as a first point of contact for whenever you require immediate answers to your GDPR-related questions. Unlike some large consultancies, law firms and data protection authorities, Kami remains available by phone and online throughout the day and week, ensuring that your business operations are not hindered by doubt of GDPR obligations.
