The period of Data retention depends on your customer status. Unless otherwise specified, non-customers’ personal information, including event registration and employment application material, is retained for up to 12 months after the most recent correspondence; customers’ personal information is retained for up to 24 months after Kami ceases providing Services to the client, including use of the Portal, or after the most recent correspondence. After these periods, the Data is either erased or anonymised.
